Before the first visit

• Complete the new-client form.
• Ask your previous veterinarian to send complete medical records and diagnostic results.
• Bring current medications, supplements and diet information.
• Tell us what has changed and what you most want addressed.
• For a same-day illness, call rather than waiting for an online request.

Your first visit

Your veterinarian will review the history, examine your pet and focus first on the concerns that matter most. We will explain what we found, what it may mean and what we recommend next without overwhelming you with every theoretical possibility.

Same-day sick appointments are often available for new clients whenever capacity permits.
